The Diploma in Operational Management for Industrial SMEs began , which will be developed under a mixed dictation modality, combining face -to -face instances in Aim Rosario with virtual meetings.
Diploma aims to provide concrete tools to improve efficiency and competitiveness of small and medium industrial companies, through a strategic and comprehensive view of processes. It is aimed at entrepreneurs, middle and professional controls in the sector that seek to improve in key areas such as production, quality, logistics, costs, communication and human resources .
During the opening, institutional representatives highlighted the importance of generating training spaces adapted to the current demands of the productive sector. The active participation of industrial workers, in isPetial young people linked to companies in the region, reaffirms the strategic role of the average controls in the daily management of SMEs and demonstrates the growing awareness about the value of training as a engine of transformation and continuous improvement.
The beginning of the course was attended by Rafael Catalano, president of the association of metallurgical industrialists of Rosario ; Darío Maiorana and Elena Gasparri, of the National University of Rosario (UNR) ; Omar Berrocal, of the Censabella Technology Center ; and Adriana Racca, of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CEI-UNR) . Representing the government of the province of Santa Fe , which accompanies this initiative through the promotion , Gonzalo Cristini was present.
This initiative represents a concrete betfor the strengthening of the regional productive framework.
